A lot of planning processes still rely on long surveys, public meetings, or boards on the wall. Those tools can be hard to respond to, and they do not always make it easy for people to show what they want or where they want it. We built Open Space Sandbox to make community input more visual, interactive, and easy to understand. Instead of only collecting general comments, Open Space Sandbox helps people place ideas on a map, respond to specific locations, and share what matters most to them. That gives project teams clearer feedback they can actually use.
At its core, this is about access, agency, and joy. We want to spark conversations, shift power, and help communities imagine what’s possible together.
